The TP Orthodontics Laboratories provide functional, removable, and fixed appliances. Each is specially crafted to meet your prescription specifications. Custom-made appliances can even be personalized with decals or a choice of colors. Some products and services include:

Because you demand accuracy, TP Orthodontics uses a new generation laser welder to assemble component parts seamlessly and without distortion. This allows for even your most intricate treatment requests to be crafted with strength and precision.
We promise that our products will perform to your expectations. If any of our appliances fail during prescribed wearing time, for any reason other than patient neglect, simply return it to be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

It is very important that you fill out your prescription forms as completely as possible. This benefits both you and the laboratory technician.
Carefully and clearly print or type:
If you have special instructions that are to be used routinely in all of your appliances, we can note these in our database and this information will print out automatically for our technicians.
When sending models to the TPO Laboratory, it is important that they are well-sculptured and in good condition. This will ensure the highest-quality, best-fitting appliance.
Whether you send models or impressions, please check them for distortions or missing structures. If we feel a model or impression is distorted, we will call you to ask for new materials to be forwarded.
When it is necessary for brackets to be carved off the models before making the appliance, please remove the archwires before taking the impression. This will assure more precise sizing.
When carving is necessary, we also prefer that you send plaster models rather than stone. Accurate construction of bites is very critical in the proper fabrication of an appliance.
